I finished today’s piece very late, so the sun was already down and any picture this late is gonna look bad. I’ll take better pictures when I finish and complete tomorrow’s piece. This piece took a bit more time. It is inspired by my circle series pieces. There are a few of those pieces still available in my etsy shop as well. I even incorporated my own handspun yarn into this piece.
I stayed home today. I basically stayed in bed, in pajamas and glasses all day long. Thank you everyone who sent me well wishes.
It’s funny how on regular days off, the day can slip by so quickly, but on sick days when you are confined to bed and feeling miserable the day can linger on and on. I am glad I took the day off. It’s one thing I’ve realized within the last 5 years; If I just bite the bullet and take a sick day I will get better almost immediately. If I try to be proud and strong and go to work, I will have one of those horrible colds/flus that linger for weeks. So, I took off the day and I am feeling much better already.
