Today’s piece is based on a very serious subject.
Laughing.
My mom and I were talking yesterday about how much fun we have when our family gets together for game nights. It’s only after those nights where I realize I don’t REALLY laugh enough. A hoho here, a chuckle there on a daily basis, but belly laughing and sore cheeks are a rare commodity. After laughing so hard I think my heart could just stop, I realize I am way too serious.
I think I need to take more of a conscious effort to relax, ease up and just laugh. That is something I think we could all benefit from doing. This piece is a simple reminder to do just that.
The piece is available in my Etsy shop. $10 and that, my friends, is no laughing matter.

Hi, I'm Robyn and I was Hatched from a Kinder Surprise Egg. Graphic Designer by day, Maker of things by night. I have worked as a graphic artist professionally since I was 16 years old. Went on to get my Bachelors of Art from NIU. I like to share my Artwork online at flickr.com/photos/robayre and on my own personal website http://www.robayre.com. I also have an online shop http://www.robayre.etsy.com where you can find more of my "crafty" sorts of things, as well as a random piece of artwork here and there. Oh, and I'm also an occasional contributor to Artomat (artomat.org).
Amen, sister! I’m with you on this one.
I love that kind of laugh when your belly hurts and tears run down your cheeks. And in my sister’s case- you pee just a little ;) Haven’t done that in a long time. It is much needed.
